We open every call with one of many somatic practices designed to get you out of your head and into the room. You'll learn to use them in real life too; they're key to rewiring your empowerment.
After that, we have a plan, and we probably won't stick to it. That's because when something surfaces in the room — a trigger, a fear, a feeling that's been waiting years for permission to exist — we follow it. This isn't a detour, it's the whole point: learning to be with all that life brings.
A support team of experienced CRT assistant teachers holds the room alongside us, and the work doesn't stop when the call does. To help integrate between sessions, there's a group chat for connection and custom-tailored real life practices, plus a growing community of people who keep coming back.
Every emotion shows up. People go further into themselves than they thought possible. They have epiphanies. Shifts happen that people are still talking about years later.

JOEL's relationships felt unworkable. He was lonely, unmotivated, and playing video games all day while his girlfriend cleaned up after him like his mother. He came to CRT wanting perfect harmony and no more conflict ever again, and he left with something much more human and realistic.
"I got a sense of self-acceptance, that the part of me that comes up in conflict isn't some crazy thing that's going to destroy the world."
JOSHUA and his partner kept butting heads. He wanted more peace and ease, with less conflict and emotional charge. He thought they had a mutual communication problem, but CRT helped him see what was at the root. Once he did, their conflicts stopped feeling like a threat and started feeling like an invitation to share more and connect deeper.
"Triggers now seem neat and fun — like a challenge to solve and gold to mine."
KYRA was your classic caretaker, even building a career around taking care of everyone but herself. She initially came to CRT wanting to fix her partner, but she left having found herself.
"So much of my life was a performance. I tried to be perfect because I thought perfect would be the thing that would get me love. I was so disconnected from my needs that I honestly didn't even know I had any."

She came to CRT afraid of being seen by strangers, afraid she couldn't do the work, and afraid of being put on the spot.
